Safety and Wellbeing of the children. See all children as equals and always remind them how special they area. Give children the chance to always share their thoughts, opinions and ideas. Providing a safe environment where they can express themselves and their feelings. Helping them understand their emotions, providing them with appropriate and safe activities/actions when feeling overwhelmed, anxious, upset or sad. Provide support, encouragement and confidence.

While we were doing an activity I wasn’t able to see a piece of string on the table, and one of our kids told me that’s why I needed to wear my glasses because old people can’t see well and need to wear their glasses at all times! 😭😂
