Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have worked with children for as long as I can remember. I started with babysitting for family and family friends, taking after my mom who use to run her own sitting business. I got my first job in child care back in 2018 for 8-9 months before I moved from New Port Richey to Clearwater and then started sitting through ‘Nanny Now’ in October of 2021. I am still actively working with families but have a decently fluctuating schedule as of right now.

Reading, arts and craft, playing outside, listening to music, singing and dancing, puzzles, etc
The most important part about being a nanny...
I would say encouraging children to understand their emotions and how to process and express them properly. Also, finding core crafts and activities that bring them excitement.
My experience with special needs children...
Unfortunately I don't have experience in child care with special needs although I am completely open to learn. In elementary school, I volunteered to read and spend time with special needs children as I wanted to gain a deeper understanding on their perspectives of life and be their friend.
The most important part about being a nanny...
A memorable moment I cherish with one of the families I sit for was watching the baby I started working with at 11m just recently start walking. It's such a profound experience to be apart of watching her and her brother grow.
