A little bit about me

I have extensive long-term childcare experience that began in high school, where I was the go to babysitter in my neighborhood and worked as a summer nanny for local families. In college, I continued working with children by carrying for infants in a church Sunday school setting while parents attended services.

For the past 2 1/2 years, I've worked as a gymnastics coach teaching and supervising children from toddlers to age 13 including special needs. Through coaching I've focused on safety structure, confidence building and positive behavior while managing both individual children and groups. Many of the families I coach now regularly trust me to babysit their children outside of the gym, which has allowed me to build strong ongoing relationships with both children and parents.
