To me, the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and loved. My experience with special needs children...

I don’t have much formal experience with special needs children, but I do have a little brother with special needs. Growing up, I often watched and took care of him when our parents were away. This experience taught me patience, understanding, and how to adapt to his unique needs. I learned the importance of clear communication, providing comfort, and finding creative ways to engage and support him. Caring for my brother has given me a personal understanding of the challenges and joys that come with caring for children with special needs.
