Currently I split my weekdays as a nanny for a wonderful family in Sutton with two young toddler children. And another great family in Sudbury with an infant. I also was a nanny for a family in Westborough for four years when my son was little. Now my son is in college at the University of Southern California. I love children of all ages and care for them like as they were my own.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Reading, singing/ listening to music, dancing, crafts, playing outside, playing games, and helping with school work. I also like going on outings such as the park, library, museums and more!

Toilet training was included with all three at the same time. I would take them to the park around the corner. Reading. Fingerpainting and similar activities. On half days or no day of school I would have an older sibling of one child who was in grade school with my daughter.
I worked as a PCA after highschool. Also when my children were older I worked at a different facility. As CNA. I did private duty for a wheelchair bound women who ran her own business. I worked as a PCA for a wheelchair bound woman with an amputed limb. I worked for her as a Homemaker before that. She called me to work as her P C A when her age changed and wasn't under the home making program no longer.
I returned to school. Worcester Technical Institute in Worcester Ma. For Surgical technology. Then became Certified Surg.T

I've been babysitting/working as a nanny on and off for 15yrs. The first family I cared for had a type 1 diabetic: I had the responsibility of managing his blood sugar and administering insulin shots as needed. I currently am a certified nurse's aide (CNA) working on a memory care unit, and I am applying to nursing school. It appears both young kids as well as the elderly seem to be fond of me! I'm also a cat owner and dog "auntie," and have sat for people's pets previously. I am currently looking for part time caregiver jobs, as working 60hrs a week in a nursing home is starting to be draining, and would love to find another job (still caring for people) to supplement my income so I can reduce my hours in the nursing home; furthermore, I would like a little more one-on-one time with those I care for. Also, for transparency, I think I could use a job that allows me to focus a little more on my nursing studies, or has hours that work well with my class schedule.
