Safety and good communication skills are to me the most important part of being a nanny. Being able to both verbally and non verbally communicate is very important to be the best nanny caregiver I can possibly be.

I love working with disabled children, I must say I have worked with a family for the past 10 years and we have become like family . I have an astute attention span, very calming demeanor and am very patient. I feel that a disability doesn’t define a child , it’s who they are and how they respond to constructive questions and to talk and be open is key to a happy disadvantaged child.
