My experience with special needs children...
I’ve had the honor of working with three beautiful people:
I went for long beach and town walks plus swimming with young A , who has extreme Autism, and his service dog Gus. I went for walks, swam laps in the pool, and assisted with independent living for N, who had a brain tumor that caused blindness and irregular speech.
I worked overnights for young E, who had MD, we found her a part time job ant the museum and took her to church and many wheelchair strolls and car rides with the windows down.
I have experience caring for and enjoying life with my niece, who has Angelmans Syndrome and Cystic Fibrosis.
