I was a Behavior Intervention Specialist for 5 years. I was called in to work with difficult behaviors and create plans to help each child learn and achieve. I focused on partnering the school with families in realistic and tangible ways. Every child should be assisted and helped with patience, love, consistency and strong boundaries.
