A little bit about me

I have been nannying for over 15 years now, and I love this work! While I now primarily work as a private gardener, artist, and art teacher, I am always looking for occasional babysitting jobs to fill in my schedule and continue to connect with families in my community.

I am an active & engaged sitter, very committed to facilitating creativity and spending time off of screens. I lead week-long art camps for kids in summers, and I love to come to jobs with some art projects ready to experiment with.

A quick note about my availability: I am back in Santa Cruz for the winter this year (Dec 2025 - March 2026). My partner & I lived here for many joyful years, before moving back to Vermont, where I am from. We now return for 3-4 months in the winter to be close to friends & family. All this to say, if you are looking for a long-term relationship with a nanny, I might not be the best candidate. But while I'm here in Santa Cruz, I can commit to being a responsive & very available sitter!
