Creating a safe, comfortable space for the kids as well as the parents. I always follow parents lead on house rules, and how they raise their babies. It can be just as shocking for the parents sometimes so making sure to keep good communication as well helps make sure everyone is confident, and comfortable with nanny care.

Honestly, I love when babies learn how to clap. I think it shocks them when they realize they can do something with their own body that they’ve seen others around them do. It’s also so gratifying seeing them be proud of themselves as well. It’s just so wholesome and sweet.
