A little bit about me

I am a single mom of two kids and was born and raised in Bowling Green. I graduated from Bowling Green High School and got my Bachelor’s and Master’s from Western in Speech Language Pathology. Throughout high school and college, I worked at First Baptist Child Development center and nannied part time for a family with 4 kids for 4 years during college. The mom worked for an insurance company and had to travel often. So, I did lots of overnights, getting the kids to and from school, cooking, taking kids to all the sports practices and games. I felt like they were my own kids!! Taking care of kids has always been my thing! My mom always joked that I was a momma long before I was a momma. After college, I started doing Speech Therapy, and over the last 15 years, I have worked with infant all the way to geriatric patients! I am looking for something a little more flexible and with less paperwork, so I can focus more of my energy on my kids.
