The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is making sure first and for most that the kiddos are safe and taken care of, along with giving them a safe person that they feel comfortable with. I also love fostering a healthy Adult to Nanny child relationship. Trust and commitment to their needs is Futile!

My favorite nanny moment would be when I started my current job, and my kiddo immediately latched onto me and even felt safe enough to nap on me first day.
