I believe it’s important to make sure children feel safe and comfortable while also keeping them engaged with fun, age-appropriate activities. I have about six months of community service experience working with children and adults with special needs. I assisted with activities like bowling, helped with standing and mobility when needed, kept track of scores, and helped with food and other basic needs.

One of my favorite nanny moments was watching a child I was babysitting take their first steps. It was such a sweet moment, and I loved being able to be there and watch them reach such a big milestone.
