A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Kayla Norton, I'm a new mom, and I'm looking to start nannying over the summer. While I don't have much experience with nannying, I have been a teacher for the past 12 years for children in grades Kindergarten through 8th. I got my bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Rivier University in 2013, and my masters in special education from Simmons College in 2018. I've been working in special education with a focus on early elementary students. I've also privately tutored many preschool-aged children in the area of phonemic & phonological awareness and phonics. I'd love to work with a family who needs summer nannying (mid June through mid/late August) where I could bring my son (currently 2 months) with me.
