I have two younger siblings. One is six, and one is two. I take care of them and entertain them on a day to day basis and am well aware of what these young kids should and should not do.

Indoors: playing board games, playing with toys, talking, reading, writing, helping with homework (etc.)
Outdoors: playing sports, art (to avoid mess/stain), going on nature walks/ regular walks (etc.)

Keeping the kids safe and their attitudes positive and open minded while still having fun! Whether that be through an art project, or a nature walk. That is the most important part of being a babysitter.

I sadly do not have any experience with special needs children.

I suppose it could be counted as a nanny moment, but when I was watching my eldest sister, who is six. We were playing and when our younger sister, who is 2, came over, she handed her a toy. She’s not a huge sharer but it warmed my heart to see her sharing with our sister.
