A little bit about me

Hello! I am a 21-year-old college student looking to find new opportunities. I currently work for individuals with intellectual/ developmental disabilities. I preform day to day care such as cooking, cleaning, washing, and other activities of daily living for my residents. My residents require a special level of care with lots of patience. I am CPR/Frist aid certified, and open to transportation. I can be available M-F with occasional weekends if needed.
Why would I be a good fit?
I love taking care of others no matter the age/race/gender. However, I would have to say children touch my heart a little more. In 2016 I worked at an elementary school with autistic children, and immediately fell in love with my job. I learned a lot most importantly that children are not for the weak. Watching children requires a lot of patience and engaging. Children do not only need physical attention, but emotional needs must be met as well. I can exceed your needs.
