Hi, my name is Keara! I have been a teacher in Montessori and early education teacher for 9 years of experience in the childcare field. I have a passion and love for teaching children, which is why I specialize in helping children reach their developmental milestones. I'm a full-time single mother of a 4-year-old daughter, I love books and camping! I'm big on outside activities!
I am BIG on cleaning and being organized. I think it also help the day go smoother and helps children stay calm in a clean and organized environment. I also believe that having a set and consistent schedule makes a HUGE difference in a child behavior, progression in learning and being able to feel safe and loved. I am a creative, bubble, art loving, kind teacher and person. Kids can sense all body language; they pick up on even the smallest things throughout the day. I think it's very important to be at eye level and make sure they know that you are there to be helpful and loving.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I am big on imagination; I love doing arts and crafts! I'm a bubbly goofy kid like energy but can also switch into our schedule and make sure things get done throughout the day. I love cleaning cooking and being organized. I am there to help the children and family. I love the relationship you can gain while being a nanny.
