I would say the most important part of being a nanny is great communication with the family also with the child. I believe that can help build strong relationships. Making sure the child is happy and comfortable as well as parents ! I absolutely love working with children and my daughter enjoys having friends and play time with them so I believe she would absolutely benefit from having a friend she sees on a regular basis !
