Consistency, patience, and genuine care are key in helping children thrive—not just meeting their basic needs, but also nurturing their curiosity, creativity, and happiness.

While I do not have direct experience working with children with special needs, I am patient, adaptable, and open to learning any specific care routines or approaches that would best support a child’s individual needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Some of my favorite moments as a nanny have been watching the little ones hit important milestones—like taking their first steps or learning new words. Before starting preschool, they would say “Love you, Tía!” and blow me kisses as they headed out the door. When they were just learning to talk, they couldn’t pronounce my name, so they called me “Tía”—and soon the whole family started calling me that too! Another favorite memory was building a giant waterslide into the kiddie pool with the oldest daughter and having the best water balloon fights. These little moments remind me why I love working with children so much. 💕
