I'm Kelsey! 27 with 10 years of childcare experience. I want to emphasize my inclusivity in providing a non-judgmental space - welcoming empowerment, mindfulness, safety, acceptance & growth. I am a cancer survivor and from that have really begun to put my physical and mental health first. It’s helped me to approach work with more empathy when caring for others, in turn putting their emotional and physical well-being first. I am stepping away from 6 years in applied behavioral analysis – working with 18 months – 22 years of whom were on the spectrum or with a similarly related disorder. I am adult and youth, Mental Health First aid certified. I have an active CPR/AED certification. I’ve decided that I want to move away from traditional behavioral therapy and leading 16 students at once and start looking for the right family to develop longer-term connections with!
