The most important part about being a nanny...
One incredible memory was when I taught these two sweet children how to make breakfast for their parents. They had never cooked anything before and they were so concentrated on making the most beautiful meal. After lots of cleaning up and encouragement , a set of 5 star dishes were ready to serve. I admired how focused they were and how much they wanted to impress their parents. They were so patient and present, it made me feel very good to be able to support their first accomplishment in the kitchen.
