The most important part of being a nanny is building those strong relationships with the kids as well as the parents. I think when you do build them it helps the kids be able to get the most out of the experience and really have valuable memories.

I used to nanny my niece who has ADHD and frequent behaviors such as tantrums, overly stimulated, and aggressive outbursts. Recently I just worked at a daycare with a few kids who struggled with behaviors like the ones above.
