Hi! My name is Kendra, and I’m incredibly passionate about working with children and helping families feel supported, safe, and cared for. I’m currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education and have hands-on experience with children from birth to age five in both classroom and home settings. I have several years of experience caring for children through my work in early childhood education. I worked as a Pre-K paraprofessional and lead teacher in an early learning classroom, caring for children ages 3–5. My responsibilities included creating and leading activities, supporting children’s social-emotional development, managing classroom routines, assisting with meals and hygiene, supervising play, and helping children learn through hands-on experiences. I have experience working with children with different needs and abilities and am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children to grow.

I love planning hands on activities such as arts and crafts, sensory play, reading stories, music and movement, outdoor play, nature walks, and age appropriate learning activities. I also love creating routines that include opportunities for imagination, problem-solving, and social emotional growth.
