Coloring, drawing, reading, and accompanying them outside or watching videos with them. I'm artistically inclined, so I lean more towards colorful stuff or things relating to music.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Properly nurturing children the way they should be nurtured, rather than being brash with them off the bat. They don't understand because they're small, so it's best to guide them whilst telling them what's morally accepted and not. Especially in a scrutinizing society.
My experience with special needs children...
I do work with children with special needs. Depending on the circumstances, I will refuse, however, as to not feel like a burden or that I'm not able to meet the standards for said child.
