I worked as an after school teacher for a my senior year of high school, had a preschool class of 12 3-year olds my senior year of college, taught english on a service trip in Ghana the summer going into my sophomore year of High school, was a mentor for underprivileged kids at my college in a program called Al’s Pals for 3 semesters, was an early childhood education major until my junior year of college, volunteered for a nonprofit in my hometown called Rainbows United that was an elementary school for disabled kids during summer and holiday breaks, and worked at my local YMCA Kidzone taking care of children while their parents used the YMCA facilities as a sophomore in high school. I have also babysat for multiple families during the summers throughout high school and college.
