Kesha is a very bright, motivated, and intelligent caregiver, who brings a lot of strengths to the job. She watched our four-year-old son multiple times over several weeks, sometimes for longer stretches of 5-6 hours. Based on our interactions, I can attest that Kesha was attentive, communicative, and punctual throughout our interactions. She was resilient and understanding given our son’s boisterous and occasionally disrespectful behavior, which made some aspects of the job more challenging than most. She worked hard to develop new activities and teach him simple scientific principles, going above and beyond most caregivers we have worked with. She gave him her undivided attention.
