Making that personal connection with not only the child but the family as well. Both are a really huge part of being a nanny, for the parents need to be able to have trust in you but also the child as well. Children know when someone or something isn’t right, so being able to make both feel comfortable with seeing you on a daily basis isn’t huge for me.
