The most important parts of being a nanny to me are making sure kids are safe, being responsible, while still following the parent’s instructions. It’s also important to be patient, kind, and calm, especially when kids are upset or full of energy. I think a good nanny should be reliable, communicate well with parents, and make sure the kids are happy, engaged, and cared for at all times.
