working for two years with Leon County Schools at an elementary school, where I assisted teachers and helped supervise and support students throughout the school day. I have also worked as a nanny for the past 2½ years, caring for children ranging from newborns to teenagers. In these roles, I’ve helped with feeding, diaper changes, naps, playtime, homework, and creating safe and engaging routines for children of different ages.

Activities I enjoy doing with children include playing outside, doing arts and crafts, reading books, playing games, and creating fun activities that keep them engaged and learning. I also enjoy helping with things like homework, practicing new skills, and encouraging creativity and independence while making sure kids feel safe and supported.

The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, supportive, and loving environment where children feel comfortable and cared for. I believe it’s important to be patient, attentive, and someone children can trust while also helping them learn, grow, and have fun. Building a positive relationship with both the children and their family is something I value a lot.

My favorite nanny moments are when I get to see the kids I care for grow and reach new milestones. Whether it’s helping a toddler learn new words, seeing a child finally understand something they were struggling with, or just sharing laughs during playtime, those moments make the job really rewarding.
