While I was certainty new to this I jumped right into the role. I was certified in CPR and Frist-Aid from lifeguarding days in high school but the rest of my training was whatever new situation Lily handed me each day. Another skill set from a past career that came in handy many times in my new position was my culinary education. While I did not end up choosing the culinary path I do have 3 years education to become a natural food chef. I am able to prepare a healthy meal for any food allergies or even a picky eater. Truthfully when I made the choice to relocate to Denver I wasn't planning on being a Nanny again. I felt it couldn't ever match what I had for 7 years in Virginia but it was the most rewarding/meaningful time for me. so far!
