I love babies, have one of my own. He's one year old. I love talking to him, making faces, taking him on walks, playing with him in the park and just watching him discover the world. When it comes to childcare, I'm very careful who I trust to watch him. I worked at a recreation center in Nampa where I received my cpr certification. Your little one will be safe and happy in my care. You can focus on work and know that they will be sang to, read to and get plenty of tummy time and be taken out for a walk if desired. I can also cook and do some light cleaning around the house. When you come home from a long day, you can breathe and just be fun mom. I want to make your life easier for you to function because I know how much energy these little ones need. It can be stressful going from one job and coming home to another. I feel better when I know my son is safe and happy.

I was a nanny in college, have baby sat relatives and neighbors kids and worked at Howard Recreation Center in Nampa.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Art projects, reading, flash cards, play with toys, sing, dance, and I throw in Spanish tutoring here and there. If the child has a special interest like a favorite book or movie, I would be happy to do that too. Kids are so curious and learn fast when they are little. I love to do anything to support their interests or develope language skills if needed. I am a single mom, so I know what it is like working and hoping your child still makes their learning milestones when your time is limited. I want to help make your life easier. I have a baby of my own who is in daycare while I work. I love to cook, Asian, Mexican and Italian food usually.

Me and this eight year old girl I was watching colored windows and drew flowers on this cardboard box that the paper dolls were going to live in. I had not made paper dolls since me and my sister were kids. It was fun to be able to share that with someone. It helped save the mom money too. Before that, she picked all of her toys in catalogs. She really loved pretending to be a fashion designer.
I also really felt accomplished teaching her baby sister how to walk.
