have experience caring for an 11-year-old boy with Down syndrome. My responsibilities included providing supervision, assisting with daily activities, encouraging positive social interactions, and ensuring his safety and well-being. Through this experience, I developed patience, strong communication skills, compassion, and the ability to adapt to his individual needs while creating a supportive and positive environment.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was watching the 11-year-old boy with Down syndrome I cared for accomplish something he had been working hard to achieve. Seeing his excitement and pride in himself was incredibly rewarding. Moments like that reminded me how important patience, encouragement, and support are in helping children grow in confidence and independence. Building a trusting relationship with him and being part of his progress made my nanny experience truly meaningful.
