I have also helped raise four of my nieces and have an adult son of my own, giving me years of hands-on experience caring for children both professionally and within my family. I enjoy doing a little bit of everything with children, depending on their age and interests. I love getting outside to go for walks, garden, explore nature, play at the park, and find other fun things to do outdoors. I also enjoy doing arts and crafts, reading, playing games, baking and cooking together, and finding fun ways to learn through play. I enjoy activities that let children use their imagination and be creative, while making sure they have plenty of opportunities to just have fun and be themselves.

Walking into a room and having kids run up to me with big smiles, give me a hug, and yell, “HI, MISS KIM!” That was the absolute best feeling! Knowing they were genuinely excited to see me and that I had become someone they felt so comfortable and happy around meant so much to me.
