My name is Kimberly and I am a professional nanny with over 20 years of experience. I am gentle, caring and nurturing. I love to be outdoors and active with the children I care for. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have worked with children that require medical assistance. (T1D)
I am currently taking classes in Early Childhood education with 3 units complete. I have a great relationship with my professor who is one of my references.
My husband was diagnosed with Leukemia in 2023 and had a stem cell transplant in December 2025. I am an experience caregiver and I am highly mindful of germ prevention, cleanliness, safe food preparation and creating a safe supportive environment.

I enjoy engaging children through nature play, arts and crafts, music, imaginative play, reading and age appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and confidence.
I love to take children to library storytime, local parks, the zoo, beach days and hands on exploration that help kids stay active, curious and connected to the world around them.

Building trust with family and the children I care for is the most important. I work hard to create a calm and emotionally safe environment where children feel secure, valued, encouraged, and free to be themselves.

My experience with special needs children...

I have helped support a child with speech delays by bringing him to speech therapy appointments and reinforcing speech goals and techniques during daily activities and play.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was playing on the beach with a 2 year old and watching them discover and investigate sand, rocks, shells, and sand crabs. Watching him light up while discovering so many new things is so beautiful. I love capturing those special moments.
