Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have three wonderful daughters who are now in upper grade school. I spent a great deal of time dedicated to playing an active role in their education since preschool.
I also spent over 12 years in early education through a variety of capacities. Within the classroom I have formally cared for and educated children birth through 5 years. In my administrative role I designed and implemented curriculum, managed staff and classrooms, and served as support for families.
All of these experiences have provided me with a deep understanding of child development and early learning strategies.

I enjoy supporting any activity a child may find fun and fulfilling. However, I think it is important to provide children with a variety of hands on learning experiences. Personally I most enjoy fitting reading into the schedule each day!
