The most important part about being a nanny...
Being there for the family as you promised. We are here to ease things not complicate. I have gone through so many caregivers who stood up my family, or paid for services. They didn’t perform, told me last minute for things, both face lied to me… It hurt my family and my cup severely. Doing everything but that is what we should be doing. Caring goes a long way and keeping our word. At the end of the day, our character thrown our word is all we have.
My experience with special needs children...
Extensive. As my oldest has a special needs circumstances, and from best friends to family members have been surrounded by it in various ways. Feeding tubes, catheters and more.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I genuinely cannot decide just one. But I would say the moment that you see the Cubs you assist with, are at the utmost comfort with you. There’s something about seeing that they put full trust in you and know that you have their best interest at heart…Its the most rewarding feeling ever.
