The most important part of being a nanny is the well being of the children. That goes beyond just their physical well being, I also mean their mental well being. I will not come to your home and put your children in front of a TV all day and then play on my phone. Being a nanny is more than just a one time sitter job. A nanny is part of your children's lives.
