What matters the most about being a nanny is that the parent(s)is trusting you with their child leaving them in your custody the same as if it was your child you protect them no matter the cost . You wouldn’t want anything happening to your child in anyone else’s care so why let it happen to theirs -for me it’s not about the money I genuinely love kids and love to see them happy it’s never a better feeling in the world .
My experience with special needs children...
I’ve learned how to be very patient and to make sure I’m aware of everything before I make any sudden moves I don’t treat them no different than a child without special needs I love them all the same . I don’t believe in special treatment just because of the circumstances everyone gets loved the same no more no less .
