Hi there! I'm Kodi and I’m so excited to help support your family. While I have five years of paid experience, I’ve really been on duty my whole life. Growing up as the older sibling in a big family, looking after my sister and younger cousins was just part of the daily routine. I got my professional start babysitting for family friends, and I’ve enjoyed being a reliable person that parents can count on ever since. My background is actually a bit of a mix—I have a background in architecture and currently run a small interior decorating business, so I’m naturally very organized and LOVE a good creative project. I’ve also taken psychology courses that have been incredibly helpful in understanding child development and how to handle the big feelings with a calm head.
I consider myself very in touch with my inner child, so whether we’re doing arts & crafts or sticking to routines, I try to make sure the kids are having a good time. I’d love to chat and see if we’re a good match!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing anything art & crafts with children and feel it's very important for their creativity (and later, problem-solving too). I'm skilled at drawing and would enjoy it as a fun activity with the children. I enjoy movies and music. I especially enjoying dancing (Just Dance for example) and exercising. I'm very athletic, good in most sports, but volleyball is my sport. I've played since I was 11 and would love giving tips or training to any kids interested in it! I'm also into a bit of gaming (Sims, combat games, fashion games or board games). My passion is writing fiction, as well.
