Influencing the children correctly. As a nanny, you’re going to be a large part of that kid’s life. What you do and say, that child is going to pick up on. While it is the parent’s job to teach them right from wrong, the nanny influences that as well. It’s important they steer the child toward right instead of wrong.
My experience with special needs children...
I have never specifically cared for a child with special needs, but I have been around them and supervised them. My only experiences are with my little cousin who has Down syndrome, and an old friend’s nephew, who has autism.
