Toddler Assistant Teacher at a childcare center: my main role was assisting the lead toddler teacher with the daily routine and activities throughout the school day with the 2-3yr olds. I also frequently worked in the other classrooms with children as little as 3 months old up to elementary school aged children.
This experience allowed me to gain further knowledge in caring for multiple young children at a time, while prioritizing keeping the children safe and providing a play-based, educational, engaging environment for each child.
