I work in my church's nursery every month, and I am normally in the toddlers class. My main focus, however, is 4th-6th grade children in church, and I've been working with this age group for almost a year now.

I love taking the kids outside and helping them grow their imagination. I also love doing crafts and hands-on learning projects with them.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Being attentive. Kids need attention in order to grow properly, physically, mentally, and socially. I rarely use my phone around kids, and if I do, I explain what I am doing. They need someone who encourages them to do their best and to try new things, to get out of their comfort zone.
