Hi, I’m Kylie Shepherd and I’m currently a freshmen at the University of Florida. I am an education major looking to eventually work with Special Ed kids. I have been babysitting and nannying since freshmen year of high school and have always loved it! I have worked with a wide variety of kids all with different backgrounds and abilities. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a babysitter for kids in my neighbourhood all throughout high school. Sophomore and junior year summer I worked at the boys and girls club in South Bend, Indiana. There I was put with 25 kids at a time, ranging from kindergarten through eighth grade. My senior year summer I worked as a nanny for two kids, one who was five and the other who was nine. The nine year old has type two diabetes so I have a lot of knowledge on how to help children with it. I also did work with Special Ed kids during high school by joining them in classrooms to help with school and by helping them in extracurricular activities outside of school. Overall I believe I have a lot of experience with children from many different backgrounds.
