One of my favorite moments as a nanny is seeing a child become comfortable and excited to see me each time I arrive. I love watching their personality grow and being able to be part of their everyday routines, milestones, and learning experiences. One moment that always stands out is when a child wanted me to keep playing with them because they were having so much fun. It reminded me how meaningful it is to build a trusting relationship with a child and be someone they feel safe and happy around.
