The most important part of being a nanny/babysitter is knowing the effects you have the children and their life . Everything you do or say will impact them and it always good to remember that . My experience with special needs children...
I have only cared for one special needs child . He was a year old . With his type of needs he would get aggravated easily and hard to calm down but I never had any issues with him . He was so sweet and loving towards me and his mother was impressed at how opened he was around me and she always told me how well I was with him .

My favorite moment as a nanny/babysitter is seeing how excited my kids are to see me . I love them all and treat them as I would my own . It fills my heart with joy to see the smile on their faces when I have to babysit .
