I think the most important part about being a nanny, is being a reliable aid for the family and child. Children need a consistent reliable person to grow and support them. That means to me, being consistent with your boundaries. As well as consistency with nurturing the child.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment I have shared with children, was when one of my students was learning to talk and finally could say my name. It was bittersweet to see this once little girl now talking and growing old.
