Hi everyone! My name is Kyra but I often go by Ky. I am 21 years old and I live in Plano. I have 12 siblings so I have been around kids my whole life and helped raise them. I currently attend school to become a teacher of History. I love working with kids because they bring me laughter and joy. Experiencing children growing up and learning new things daily, builds strong bonds that will stay with them and myself forever. Making an impact on their lives, helping them grow and learn about the world around them brings me happiness. I have been babysitting and working with kids for 2 years now. I have worked in summer programs, school programs, and also babysitting my cousins and my niece. Some fun facts about myself is that I love to cook, dance, paint, and read. All in all, helping children and their families is the most rewarding job I can think of! I learn from the children I'm working with every day. is during one of the summer programs I had a kids who had autism. He was the sweetest kid ever and the bond that we created is one that I will cherish.

was during the summer and we had this thing called family fun night. Basically this night consisted of all the kids and their families coming to the site and they all participated in fun games and water activities, the kids got to show their parents what projects we created during the past weeks, and there was nachos and we let the kids make their own snowcones!
