The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and trusting environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. It’s about building a strong bond with each child, being patient and dependable, supporting their development, and making sure they feel cared for, respected, and valued.
My experience with special needs children...
Experience supporting children with behavioral needs, including children with autism and ADHD
Assisted with emotional regulation, redirection, structured routines, and positive behavior support
Adapted activities and communication styles to meet each child’s individual needs

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moments are when children become comfortable with me and naturally want to be around me. It shows me that they see me as a safe, trusted person and that I’m creating a positive environment for them. I also love seeing their personalities come out whether they’re being silly, making funny noises, copying something I do, or just being their true selves. Those little moments remind me how special it is to be part of their growth and everyday lives.
