The most important part about being a nanny to me is to always make sure they learn life values and lessons. I think teaching kids to be kind and inclusive to others, how to share, communicate, coexist with others is very important. Seeing her conquer her fear of jumping into the pool! I spent all day showing her it wasn't as scary as she thought. The dogs started to jump into the pool too! We laughed so hard and she finally got the courage to try it with me. After she did it with me, she wanted to do it all by herself! Helping her gain the confidence she needed, then seeing her conquer the fear of doing it was such a rewarding feeling, and made me so proud of her!!
