Laila has experience working with children of all ages and has taught private flute lessons for upward of four years. She has played the flute and piccolo for 9 years and performs both solo and ensemble work. She is currently a part of the FAMU Marching 100 piccolo section and is principal flutist in one of the university's symphonic ensembles. Laila is a passionate musician and aspiring educator who believes her love of music is meant to be shared. She is most fulfilled sharing that passion with youth and children.
